Pay easily for your online food purchases with your Edenred card.

How to use this new feature?
Log in to Auchan.lu and shop as usual.
After completing your order and at the time of payment, select the "Edenred Card" option at checkout and log in via the Edenred website.
Make sure you have your Edenred card handy.
How does it work?
Only foodproducts can be paid
for with the Edenred card; non-food items
and baby products are excluded.
The eligible amount is automatically
calculated. The daily limit applies as in-store (maximum 5 times per day the face value of the ticket).
The charge on your Edenred
card is made on the day of the order.
If an Edenred order is canceled, the refund is automatic. For a missing product, the amount is credited as cashback on the Auchan customer account.

How to do it? Log in to Auchan.lu and shop as usual!
After finalizing your basket and during checkout, choose the "Pay by card" option. In the interface that appears, enter your Edenred Card information.
Only the amount of your Edenred Gifts balance is eligible for this payment method. To use your Edenred Meals balance, use the dedicated interface.
In the event of a total or partial cancellation of an order paid with Edenred, the refund will be processed automatically by Edenred.
If a product is missing, its amount will be credited as a cashback on the Auchan customer account.
Payment by Apple Pay via the Edenred card is not available. If you wish to pay with Edenred, it is necessary to synchronize your Edenred account during the payment step.
