How do I pick up my order?
To pick up your order, drive to the location indicated on the terminal at the Auchan Drive entrance, scan the QR code with your mobile phone, and follow the instructions.

Step 2
Scan the QR code displayed at your place and log in to your account
Please login if you are not logged in to your account, then click on your order.

Your order is coming! Keep your phone with you and show the QR code displayed.

Frequently asked questions
To log in, scan the QR code displayed at your place, then indicate your e-mail address and password. If you forget your login details, you can log in with your client ID by clicking on "I don't have my login details".
If you have multiple orders to pick up, please make sure to select each one.
After presenting the order QR , you can view your receipts. Simply click on "View my receipts".
Payment is only debited once your Drive order has been delivered. So you will not be debited if a product is missing.
If you can't scan your spot the QR code, there are two methods to notify your presence:
1) Click on the availability email of your order.
2) Log in to our website auchandrive.lu with your login details and click on " Signalez mon arrivée ".
When your order is available, you will receive an email to let you know that your order is waiting for you at your pick-up point.

You can cancel your order if it's not in preparation. To do so, please
1) Click on your customer account,
2) Click on Order Historique et détails des commandes
3) Click on your order details, then on "Annuler ma commande"
